October (monthly)
In short, I forgot how long this month was... but also at the same time the weeks went by so fast. It was probably the change in temperature constantly going back n forth, events back to back, and meeting people... We here though! We made it!!
1-on-1 dinner with ma girly olivia~
Hayoung won't stop mentioning Australia around me...: "so how was your day?" "bright as Australia..." (not a real conversation, but something as random and similar)
Got to meet our new head pastor... Apparently it's a friend's dad LOL crazy small world!
Also, look how big our ministry is growing to be... :) I love New Hope <3
Went to Kevin's birthday dinner and got to see some beautiful familiar faces + Joe <3 hehe
1-on-1 lunch date with ma daughter, Johannah!! Got to try Boichik bagel
Hungout with Noah... it's been so long bruh, our schedule are actually not meant for each other lol, gg but it's okay still love you brotha
Watched the king's speech (again) and ate guac, pico, and chips with beer for two meals (some say girl dinner, I say pleasure)
made some marinated korean chicken (hangook dak)! meal prepped the rest so I can just lay it on the pan and munch
Went to saint frank near Chinatown in SF with Sofie! I'm reading JHP's 'gay girl good God' and phewie... beaut beaut beaut! Also this saint frank writing on why their name is saint frank is so inline with my philosophy on life and design.
Went to a dumpling noodle soup place with Sofie after getting coffee and also got to see Nico compete in his latte art competition @ pas normal studio!
friday night~~ fellowship~~!! went to wingstop w the kiddos and boba after (where i took the beautiful picture of me with wings) and i thought it was so funny how pastor jw had the BIG 'LOVE' on top of his bookcase
ruby's wine shop sells a lot of great natural wines and vibes are mmmmmm!
went to see james turrell!
ate good food!! what else can you ask for :D

another friday fellowship night~ <3 went to chi-fil-a
rode the bart to the city to meet up with some people and on the way i got to read my book. i also road my bike around the city which was one of the best experiences to date... i reccomend everyone go ride their bikes in a park or the city
got a load of drinks, food, and munchies for my house warming partyyy

Studying the night before for the BCAT test... this test is for my behavioral therapist certificate and I was given well over 2 months to prepare for it... LOL gg, I did not sleep this day. well, i did, but not well.
update: the minimum i needed to pass was 115/150, and I got 115 with a 30 minute nap in between the test session :P
PHOTODUMP! hayoung put together this beautiful dinner for sofie's farewell... :') beautiful friends, foods, and fellowship. we could not ask for more or better things in life
went to olive garden for the never ending pasta challenge with deb and sooj! i got 3 plates in total heh + got to take some home alongside the famous breadsticksss! before this though we went to the park and walked for about an hour lmao (original plan was to hike)
table tennis competition at church! ladies provided us with tteokbokki - yup!! yeehaw
treated gunny hyung out to this beautiful sushi, jk it was disgusting idk why anyone would pay $70 for this :') it's ok we win some, we lose some!
3am to 12am, one day trip to yosemite with sam, hyunwoo(?????), and sofie! no other words bc words cannot describe this trip and how much i loved it.
ate gen with henry and james LOL
there are these two new korean fobs from korea and they go to my church... so we decided to meet up and eat gogi, talk about girls (classic), and share military experiences (i was so lost lol)
leftover kimchi jjigae from church that i brought home... it sustained me for a week hehe
and this beautiful tamago sando sofie made and baked for our weekly meeting... i can still smell the bread and beautiful mixture of creamy egg and softness of the bread, phewwwwie #shoutoutsofs

so i made these jello and custard for a monthly dinner that i attend and the host (AHEM) got sick so it got cancelled... now i have SO much custard and jellly in my fridge LOOOL i dont even eat sweets like that so gg

watched two movies: great gatsby and manchester by the sea with my housemates! ate a late night dinner as you can see heh

***I feel like I really rushed this blog because I was behind on posting it so it may lack some juicy content or backstory, but if you're interested enough about my life then you'd ask so LOL
Overall, this month was BUSY. There were a lot of dinner parties hosted, projects/works that were actively picking up pace, and a lot of checking in with how I was doing mentally, physically, and spiritually. I'm still loving life but I definitely need to find healthier boundaries for myself -- financially and physically.
